Same-day bookings are often available depending on the day. Most jobs are booked within 24–48 hours of quoting. Big builds (trampolines, playgrounds, multi-room fitouts) usually need a few days’ lead time so we can block out the right window.
It depends on the item, the brand, and how many pieces. Our pricing is transparent — we quote per job, not per hour, so there’s no clock running once we arrive. Send us the item details and shop, and we’ll come back with a fixed price the same business day.
The whole point of booking us is that you don’t. Every fastener is torqued, every panel is checked, and we work to manufacturer specs. In the rare case anything goes wrong, our 30-day workmanship guarantee covers re-work at no cost — we come back and fix it.
Yes — if it ships flat in a box, we’ve almost certainly built one. IKEA, Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks, Amart, Harvey Norman, Freedom, King Furniture, Temple & Webster, Growplay, Vuly. If you’re not sure, send us the product link and we’ll confirm.
Workmanship issues. If a fastener loosens, a drawer rail comes off, a shelf bracket fails because of how we installed it — we come back and fix it inside 30 days at no charge. It does not cover damage caused after we leave (e.g. moving the unit, kids climbing, weather damage on outdoor pieces).
